The main benefits of an application in HFSQL Client/Server mode compared to an application in HFSQL Classic mode are as follows: • The use of HFSQL Client/Server is more secure (use of a login and password and definition of rights granted to the users). • No management of directories: all the database files are grouped at the same location. • The end users do not see the data files in the explorer and they cannot access them directly. • The databases in Client/Server mode can be used via an Internet connection. • Management of native multi-user mode: the performances are optimized in multi-user mode.
