What is the NDA (Training Provider Registration Number)?
In France, providing training (imparting knowledge and skills) is a supervised and regulated activity, as it has been part of the national requirement for continuing education for several decades now.
In order for the government to monitor and regulate training activities, it must know WHO the key players in the training sector are. Today, the DREETS (formerly DIRECCTE) is in charge of this.
All training organizations (OF) are therefore subject to administrative requirements, including the obligation to register their activities with the regional inspection office of the DREETS (Regional Directorate for the Economy, Employment, Labor, and Solidarity), and to submit an annual educational and financial report (BPF).
