- Requirement established by Law No. 2018-771 of September 5, 2018; framework set by Decree No. 2019-565 of June 6, 2019, as amended by the decree of August 1, 2026
- A 3-year cycle: initial audit, mid-term surveillance audit, followed by a renewal audit
