Detailed Program
The instructor uses the course materials, which are tailored to the training objectives (the materials are provided at the beginning of the course). This course support material is divided into subjects.
All of these methods and exercises will help you put into practice what you have learned, when you return to your company.
Each subject is based on 3 axes:
The trainer gives a theoretical presentation of the topic, followed by any questions and answers.
Practical application exercise (individual work) to be completed within a set time limit. The trainer remains available to help and provide additional explanations.
Correction of the exercise, with all necessary explanations and any questions and answers. The trainer makes sure that each trainee has fully understood the exercise before continuing.

In-person training in Paris and the Île-de-France region, or online training? Which one should I choose?
In-person training in Paris and the Île-de-France region provides an opportunity for trainees to interact with one another. Everyone contributes to the discussion, and the conversation, both technical and non-technical, continues during breaks and lunch.
When it comes to difficult concepts, the instructor can easily focus on them. It also makes it easier to "gauge" expectations.
Human interaction allows us to identify behaviors, postures, and attitudes and to better interpret them. There are smiles and frowns.
They are visible when the instructor is in the room.
The trainer's varied approach sets the pace for the day: explanations, exercises, corrections, humorous remarks, and so on.

In terms of timing: for example, with a 5-full-day (35-hour) WINDEV "Fundamentals 1+2" training course, you'll have everything you need to be up and running with WINDEV!
You'll leave the training center with a USB drive to save your exercises, a notepad, a pen, and a PCSoft-branded case to store everything.
Distance learning is ideally suited to the current needs of businesses.
In fact, distance learning offers many advantages: no travel (plane, train, car, subway...), no traffic jams, no parking, no lodging costs, etc., meaning no hassle or travel expenses to the Île-de-France region (considerable savings in both time and money).
You can enjoy the comfort of your home or office on "your computer," in "your" environment!
The number of participants is limited to 6 (9 for in-person sessions) in order to encourage interaction and participation from everyone.
This way, you can maintain a personal connection even from a distance: you can share your screen with the instructor and ask questions whenever you want, thanks to state-of-the-art collaboration and communication tools.
You can even interact with other participants to make the training sessions even more dynamic and enriching.
PCSoft has invested in new methods of distance and digital learning.
Since 2021, PCSoft has been developing fully digital training programs.
We have therefore revamped our in-person training courses so that we can also offer them remotely, still live.
