PC SOFT TECHNICAL SUPPORT REQUEST
TechSupportRequest is a dedicated application used to standardize the format of the requests sent to our Free Technical Support and reduce the response time.
Reminder: All requests to the Free Technical Support must be sent via this application. Requests sent by email in another format are no longer processed.
To send a standard request to the Free Technical Support, simply go to the "Home" pane of the WINDEV, WEBDEV or WINDEV Mobile ribbon, expand "Help", and select "Request to Technical Support" ("?" menu in earlier versions).
You can also download this tool below, to use it outside of WINDEV, WEBDEV or WINDEV Mobile.
Download and setup instructions:
1.Download the module below.
2. Run the application.
3. Select the installation directory.

If you are using WINDEV, WEBDEV or WINDEV Mobile SaaS and your serial number is not automatically filled in:
- launch WINDEV Suite SaaS,
- go to the "Home" tab, "Environment" group, expand "Options" and select "General options",
- go to the "User" tab, "PC SOFT account" section and copy the content of "Identifier" field,
- enter this identifier in TechSupportRequest.
