This version contains several improvements further to user feedback
on version 280094s and includes new features.

Map control: It is now possible to overlap controls on the Map control. Events linked to the control can be executed, and the MapGetImage function is now available.
User groupware: The rights applied to a window could cause an error when this window was opened in a dynamic tab.
Table control: Changing the title of a column with the Title property could expand the column vertically, if the title was too long.
Word Processing control: In some cases, page numbering with the PAGE/NUMPAGES formula was no longer be available when upgrading to version 28.
SCM: After checking out an updated element using the "SCM: A new version is available in the repository" option, you can also retrieve the changes made to the project (WDP file).
Now, the bold formatting of Calibri Light Bold text is preserved when exported to PDF.
In some cases, associative arrays of Unicode strings failed to free memory when released.
